I’ve traveled many places over the past 20 years including Europe/Eastern Europe (ooooh, remember going “behind the iron curtain”?) in the ’80’s, overland for a year in Asia in the ’90’s (Nepal, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Tibet, Sri Lanka), some time in East Africa (Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Zaire-now the Republic of Congo) and North Africa/ the Middle-East (Egypt, Jordan, Israel, UAE, Yemen). Lately I have been exploring the Americas, Mexico, Central and South, with my family. I do get the itch for those long trips, but right now I ’m happy to share my love of travel with my daughter, 5, on shorter and easier journeys abroad.Recent activity
