We are Noeme & Norman Judge aged 45 and 68 respectively, both with a very young outlook to life. After many months of traveling through France, Germany, Holland, Spain and Cyprus we considered all the options and decided a move to the Northern Portugal/Spanish border ticked most of the boxes in particular when it came to the financial aspects. Our desire to leave the UK for this beautiful part of the world was not a very difficult decision to make in 2004 and offering a B & B, Evening Meal as well as self catering options seemed very natural given the fact that in our own rights we are considered to be accomplished cooks. Noeme originally from Philippines/Hong Kong and Norman from Jersey/Isle of Man. Our ethics are quite simple, Eco friendly tourism and organic self sufficiency as far as possible. Although the business has been going for a short time the glowing testimonials on our Web site “Guest Book” speaks volumes and with referral and repeat bookings so early we are confident that we are on the right track. We are animal lovers; hence the two dogs, three cats, 4 ducks and one goose are kept separate from guests.
