About me
We are an adventurous Dutch couple, driving around the world in an antique LandCruiser, model BJ45. We simply sold everything we had and started driving east. We left in May 2003 and travelled from Holland via Iran, Pakistan, India, Bhutan and Bangladesh to South East Asia where we visited Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Since January 2007 we’ve been exploring the beautiful countries of South America.
Some say we are the slowest travelling people they know, but for us it is all about enjoying the experience. We love driving on little roads and roaming around, getting lost and seeing what the world has to offer – tasting it, feeling it, hearing it and smelling it. Forget about planning; forget about our initial two years time-limit. This adventure has become our life, and we love what we do.
