About me
I have been to China 14 times, and lived in Beijing for two years. I have done a lot of traveling around the country, with still more places to see on future trips. I’ve also been in 41 of the 50 states; six Canadian provinces; England, Ireland, Scotland, New Zealand, Belgium, France and the Netherlands. But I’ve never been to Spain! (or Oklahoma, either)
I’ve written several mini-guides to travel in Beijing, including “DIY Beijing: a guide for the independent traveler,” “Parents Guide to Beijing: a kid-friendly city,” and “Cuandixia: an ancient mountain village in China.” They are for sale at www.guidegecko.com.

Have you checked the Foreign Languages Bookstore on Wangfujing? If they don't have LP, they are sure to have other guidebooks on China.
