About me

married for 20 years, have three children aged 16, 6,and 5 we are a countryside loving family. We enjoy a tipple at dinner but do not enjoy alcohol based holidays and feel theme parks are fine to visit but wouldn’t base our holiday around one. we love natural environments and would rather drive ourselves than take a coach or train, we like to do our own thing. love animals and wildlife, ideal home would be a log cabin in forest. Ideal job would pay good and not be restricted to an office. like optimistic people, dislike bad mannered people and drunk brits!!! have been to rockies previously and feel its hard to beat. Usually spend christmas in Lapland, but now feel its too commercialised. Extreme cold weather favoured more than extreme hot weather. Rather ski than sunbathe. idea of heaven – win lottery and live in log cabin in canadian rockies, idea of hell – 2 weeks on a beach with all inclusive Brits!!!
