White, gay, mid-40’s, male looking for travel companions to join me for adventures and exploration for a few weeks each year.

Have done a lot of travel in the “normal” fashion of hotels and B+B’s and full civilization.

I have a lot of great friends, some younger, some older but none that are interested in a vacation that isn’t planned all in advance or might stray more than a few miles from the nearest Marriott.

I am looking for other guys (gay or straight, makes no difference) that would like to travel with me and get off the trail for a while. An ideal trip would be 2-3 weeks with a mix of some days in a cosmopolitan city then heading out with backpacks to hike or camp or take a bus to wherever it leads in a small village or mountain top or remote beach.

Not a full on adrenaline junkie but I’ve sky dived, bungee jumped, done a fair bit of sailing and am open to whatever adventure is presented.

I have never been to Africa and am recently thinking a lot about a trip to Southern Africa, Cape Town, Victoria Falls and wherever going off the trail for a while might take me. If anyone is interested in tagging along and has some place you want to go, send me a private message.

Some of my other travel interests include North Africa/Morocco/Egypt, Hong Kong, Thailand, a leisurely bicycle trek through Southern France or the Spanish coastline and South America, a continent that I have yet to visit. I’d like to spend some time in Argentina or Brazil but I am open to interesting vistas in other countries if you have somewhere you’d like to explore but don’t want to go alone.
