About me
i discovered travel and all it’s glories 20 plus years ago and have kept myself on the move since. best travel memories Wadi Musa Jordan. the beers, roast chicken and kiwi, australian company….45 degrees in northern kenya. i didn’t think cold beer could taste that good…. hiking the north boundary trail jasper national park canada, stealing wine with some spanish girls on the train between florence and paris…. bodrum turkey 52 degrees, gumbet beach and the company i was keeping…snorkelling in the red sea near duba saudi arabia. Delhi Airport, being greeted by a guy with a foot of mustache on each lip…Elephants outside the Delhi Sheraton… getting to st.petersburg russia and thinking " shit i’m in russia.“…..kalapatar nepal . there are mountains and there are the himalaya…. Ios greece and turkey 1988 ( waking up in Bodrum and saying yeah), best trip ever . caireen and nina where ever you are i am forever grateful.disneyland california november 2005. with my daughters ages 2 1/2 and 5 . mickey ,the princesses and the Rolling Stones all on the same trip. .Thailand 2007, my daughters ages 6 and 4. Riding an elephant and learning how to snorkel.. countries visited so far england,greece,italy,france,holland,turkey,belgium, saudi arabia,jordon,hong kong, oman, st.maarten,anquilla, USA, thailand, macau, kenya, switzerland,nepal,bangladesh,ireland, germany, austria,bahrain,united arab emirates, egypt, israel, finland,russia,ukraine,poland, tanzania,zimbabwe,india, australia,czech republic,hungary, spain…. and i’ll say it again”my world fits in a backpack"….to be continued.. My daughters have now visited Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, The U.S.A. France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belguim, Oman, Bahrain Saudi Arabia England and Mexico. Not bad for kids now 8 and 6 years old." Now I travel through the eyes of my daughters ." Want to do’s Western Australia, South Africa, Island Peak Nepal.
