About me
My first memories of my travels in NZ were camping on the beach in Coromandel for five weeks in 1957. A lifetime has literally taken me from Cape Reinga to Stewart Island & most places in between at the same time developing an abiding interest in the history of our country.
Forty five years in the tourist industry has allowed me to see many special places off the beaten track. Watching Shotover Jet, AJ Hackett, Kaikoura Whale Watch & so many others grow from tiny companies to international tourism icons has been a special joy.
