About me
A little older lady with three almost grown kids and an indulgent husband. When not traveling, I work mending minds.
Since summer 03 I have been in Altai, Switzerland, Arizona, Switzerland, Balkans and Cyprus, Moscow for a wedding, London for a brit milah, Manchuria/Siberia, Ecuador/Galapagos with my family.
From Jan 06 to June 08 I was living and working in Asia, based in Bangkok, Thailand and traveling from Burma to New Zealand and all places in between. Since arrival, I’ve been to Australia, Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, East Timor, Fiji, Indonesia, Singapore, Laos, Malaysia, New Zealand, PNG, Vietnam. I made a quick hop to Paris and Geneva spring 07, back to the US briefly in May 07, Dec 07, Jan 08, Apr 08, Jun-mid Aug 08 and several trips to Japan on my way to/from the US to Asia.
From August 08 until August 2010 I was in Lima, Peru. From there I visited Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil (Brasilia, Recife, Rio, SP), Chile, Colombia, Curacao, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Suriname, Trinidad, Uruguay and Venezuela. I have also been to the DR and Haiti (2x since the quake) and with side trips to Andalucia, Spain and Gibraltar in June 2009 and Sorrento, Italy in October 2009. In between, I also managed a couple of trips to the US.
Since September 2010 I am back in the US trying to decide what I want to do when I grow up. I’ve made a few trips outside the US to Barbados, Dubai, Kabul for 6 weeks (Mar-Apr), England (Feb,Jul, Nov), Switzerland (Feb, Jul-Aug, Oct-Nov), Montenegro (Oct), Ljubljana (Oct), Belgrade (Oct). And spent two weeks travel from Boulder, CO through Grand Teton NP to Yellowstone NP to Boseman, MT. Still trying to decide what I want to do when I grow up.
