I'm gonna throw India in there and also add another vote for Burma - amazing hospitality, incredible landscapes, fascinating culture and great food in both countries.

Before setting off on what turned into almost 2 years of travelling I somehow manage to convince myself that I couldn't leave home without my mini 'Yoga to Go' kit, despite not having done much yoga at all and certainly not for several years beforehand. I'm at a loss to remember exactly why I thought I wouldn't be able to live without it now and needless to say, it didn't get used once.
