For me nothing bets me going on a morning better than a double dose of caffine and suger - or a cafe cortado and fried churros in Barcelona

Iran
I am off to Iran in August so I bought numerous books of the literary and factual kind, as I always prefer to swat up on a destination before i go. All the Shah's men' by Stephen Kinzer as recommended by LP Iran, is a real engrossing account of the CIA's 1953 coup and definately recommended for any one interested in Iran.

Whats your favourite Spansh City?
For me it has to be Barcelona for the randomness of Gaudi's Park Guell, the secret alleys or El Born and the tasty fresh fruit juices at the La Boqueria.
