About me
Started traveling in 1979 – an exploratory raft trip toPeru . . . thought I’d do some traveling then ‘get a life’. Since then, five trips/almost three years, in India; also Nepal, Thailand, Iceland, most of Europe, Mexico, Baja California, LOTS of the American West (mostly on rivers)(have rowed my own boat seven times down the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon), China, Tibet, Indonesia, sea kayaking in Alaska, have lived in a small sailboat in Oregon, in a smaller sailboat in the San Francisco Bay area, cruised on small boats from Alaska to Mexico . . . finding myself too busy to “get that life” I promised myself . . . but am doin’ OK with that . . .Recent activity
