About me

Hot Sun Films is an award-winning film/video production company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We offer crews, production logistical support, and post-production equipment for hire. We offer the only RED ONE camera package for rent in Kenya and outside of South Africa.


The Hot Sun Films production team taps new talents and tells stories from and about people seldom seen on screen. We make films to entertain, raise awareness and cause social transformation. Through our non-profit arm, Hot Sun Foundation, at the Kibera Film School, we train and develop new talents amongst the youth and the children of the urban slums of Africa.
