About me

Barcelona here I come! As a sports and travel writer, experiencing something new is what drives me to explore what the world has to offer. Spain is my country of choice. Why? Well, from Andalucia to Madrid to the Basque country, you will find no more diversity in a single country than in Spain. One thing all of Spain does have in common is their love of life. Cooking, wine & cava, art, leisurely strolls, slow meals, and wonderful markets is what this country strives on. OH, and let’s not forget, football is their real passion!

I’m making a move from Austin, TX, to Barcelona to develop my writing skills in a country that shows so much of itself in many ways. From what I hear, Barcelona resembles Austin in it’s bohemian and artistic manner. If so, I’m in for a treat. Photography is another interest of mine, and what better place to work on my skills than the city that houses the likes of Antoni Guadi, beautiful beaches, and La Boqueria (famous market).
