I would recommend staying in any one of the hostels in san antonio, its the best neighbourhood in Cali for a tourist.

I would recommend getting a bus to the bus terminal and then getting a taxi from there, thats the cheapest way.

The bus is the easiest route. I wouldnt take a taxi if I was you, it can be really expensive.

Cali is about 30 minutes but can cost up to 70,000 pesos in a taxi. You can get a bus for around 5000 though, but only from the bus...
