Zoologist, Paleontologist and historian. I have been a jack of all trades, but I am a Zoologist by education and I have been a diesel mechanic to make ends meet.


Zoology, specifically cetacean evolution and biology, is my first love. Travel, history, archaeology and anthropology are …..more than interests.


I am originally a farm boy out of southern Virginia. This upbringing and an early introduction to National Geographic magazine account for my passion for animals and for world travel. Diversity is precious and the world is so grand.


How much can I hope to see in one lifetime? Who knows, but I will see as much as possible, I will learn as much as possible. I am forever a student of the world. Life is wonderful.
