Cathay Pacific has the best food. they had Haagen Dasz, for godssakes. i just think this is the best airline all around. and so do a lot of ppl, cuz they won Airline of the Year 2009 in the World Airline Awards (Skytrax)

i followed the directions of that Harvard study starting after i landed and it worked. 2 hr flight followed by 10 hr layover followed by 15 hr flight, and no jetlag!
