howdy, fellow travellers! can anyone suggest a cool route across northern Italy on my way to slovenia(so to enjoy northern italy, )? I´ll reach Italy from the western border with France.

It sometimes is a blessing as u get to visit unexpected n great places. Anyone bagpacking, riding or driving in august across spain,france,slovenia,hungary,romania,bulgaria,etc? in Going Solo
i´ve never been 2 the east either. the closest to the east was serbia. I guess our main "worry"(our coz both of us are riding) is the driving in such countries. but other than that...guess both our trips r going to be a great time.
btw, where r u from? I´m from Portugal n I´ve had a hard time 2 make friends via "wayn" n other communities with natives, u know, so to learn more about the east.
