About me
I am born to travel…have all the signs of an addicted traveller – a mole on my foot, perfected the art of calendar management to maximise my allocated leave and ofcourse choice of “non-touristic” destinations. Me and my husband believe in travelling to destinations at “off peak” times not only to save on money, but to actually feel part of the place. Lonely Planet is my bible and has been since my first holiday on my own in 1999 when i was a student in UK. Since venturing to Spain and Portugal – and guided completely by the book, my travels have taken me far. Currently I am working in Dubai and have thus maximised my location and visited Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria and Morocco – not to mention the neighbouring countries! what a way to live – travelling and seeing the world!!!
