Absolute nonsense , at this time you have at least daily buses to all major villages along the Indus valley ,frequent cabs , and hitching...

well if you can do Rajasthan + Varanasi +Khajuraho +orchha you can add Bandhavgarh and Kanha if you are a wildlife enthusiast.
