Have just come back from a stint in Switzerland , Italy in France. It has reignitied my wander lust that has lain dormant for a few years while I concentrated in my career… Now I am looking to go to France for a winter ski season purely for the experience.
I miss travelling on my own…. it opens you up to such different experiences …. meeting wonderful new people that you otherwise would have just passed by in the street . I find that my abiding memories of my previous travels have always been about the lovely people I have met. :D
