Watch out for food anywhere. And water. India doesn`t have a monopoly on bad hygiene....

About me
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. -Mark Twain
I’m in India on a long term visa from the US. I’m working with a large NGO based at the Gandhi Ashram in Ahmedabad. I don’t mention the name of it on TT, but if you’re interested, I’d be happy to chat with you in a PM about it, and the possibilities of your coming there to volunteer. I can also offer other volunteer opportunities in different areas that might be more suited to you.

Good luck on that. It`s a load colder than that right now. You`re expecting it to rise 45 degrees... I`d like it to (-3C in Bern right now).

I`ve carried a 35L pack as carry on all over the world - no problems. Watch the weight though, carry on has lower limits.
