About me
44/m from Dublin, Ireland. Recent convert to the pains and pleasures of bike touring. I thought backpacking was fun and adventurous until i discovered the joys of the wind in my wheels. My (bigger) bike trips so far: Jordan, Syria and Lebanon. Circuit of SE Asia including Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. Hanoi north into Yunnan (truncated due to illness). Manali to Leh in north India Lhasa to Kathmandu A short and wet sakura circuit in central Japan (Kyoto north, till drowned to a halt in Fukui). On my way now to do the Great Continental Divide from Canada down to the Mexican border:
