About me
I have traveled to 6 continents and 47 U.S. states. I’m a professional writer and conservationist.
I have long had a goal of visiting the world’s great wildlife areas. I have been able to visit many around the world, with favorite places including the Serengeti, Galapagos, Yellowstone, the Amazon Basin, Pantanal, Kaziranga, Kanha, Etosha, Yap and many more.
I enjoy many outdoor activities in the United States, particularly in the West where I now live.
My other travel interests include ancient ruins and historical sites, good food and interesting cities. I am also an avid reader, distance runner and craft beer enthusiast.
