I’ve traveled my whole life, growing up as a diplo brat. Lived several year in several contries as a child and visited a handful of lovely cities as a young adult, but looking back I’ve never actually traveled. And so for the past few months I’ve been scheming, planning and dreaming of abandoning it all. The shitty job, shitty apartment, the shitty NYC weather, the shitty etc etc…
I was born in Bogota, Colombia. Lived there only a few years and so I know very little of my country let alone the continent. So I’ve set out to backpack and float around for however long the little money I’ve saved lasts me. This being my first real adventure has me a bit nervous, mostly about, well about everything…
The plan is starting in Santiago and making my way down to Tierra del Fuego then head BA and Uruguay. From there to Bolivia and Peru. Finally Colombia of course.
