About me
Living in a small Flemish town right on the border with France in Belgium.
Planning to buy/build a small hotel or just a a private house in Peru once in my fifties, whether on the north coast or in the Valle Sagrado.
I have been travelling extensively as a kid with my parents throughout Europe, later on my own, in Europe as well.
Between 1990 and 2001 I have been backpacking twice a year throughout South America & East Asia with friends.
In 2002 I started travelling with my kids, first with my eldest daughter during two years, since 2004 with my now 19 year old son who took over from his sister.
My last visit to Asia was in 2002, since then I travel twice a year to Peru, in total almost 2 months a year.
I also travel to Spain some 20 times a year for surfing (Rodiles – Asturias, Suances/Liencres/Santander – Cantabria, Basque Country or Andalucía) or gigs (Mainly Madrid but also more & more Basque Country, Asturias & Cantabria).
