About me
Dan travelled around Europe and North America for Channel 4’s A Place in the Sun magazine before moving from leafy London to sandy Tel Aviv with his wife in 2008. Now a real ‘Tel Avivi’, he can often be found walking his dog, Boots, or dipping into a plate of hummus.
A contributor to Lonely Planet’s ‘Best in Travel’, ‘Happy’ and ‘Street Food’, he has also written articles for ‘Haaretz’ and BBC.com. Dan occasionally dabbles in fiction and published ‘The Last Stanza’ – a poetry anthology that fundraised for African refugees in Tel Aviv and ‘Dada is Zed’ – a collection of short stories.
