Travelled a number of times in recent years to Pacific isles.

1998 and 1999 China on a number of occasions.

I prefer to do my own thing in preference to package tours.

2000 April/May/June, Western Europe, Denmark and Sweden where I met my son studying there. Then we travelled Norway to the Arctic then Helsinki and Estonia.

2001 Oct/Nov – Russia, Baltics, Poland, Hungary, Switzerland, Italy, Germany.

2002 May/June – Western and Eastern Europe

2003 May – New Zealand – hiking the south island.

2003 Oct/Nov – Thailand, East Europe, Switzerland and Canada.

2004 April – I returned to Thailand and travelled the Golden triangle, Burma, Laos and couldn’t miss Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

2004 May/June – I travelled for a couple of months in France, Belgium, Ireland and U.K.

2005 April/May- Italy, Portugal and Spain and The Netherlands.

2005 Oct/Nov – Travelled Vietnam from Sai Gon to Ha Noi then up to Sa Pa for hiking in the mountains.

2006 May/.June To Chile, Brazil, Peru and Bolivia.

2007 May – to France and Switz

2008 Europe, Jersey, Canada and Gautemala

2009 New Zealand hiking Bay of Isl, Abel Tasman Nat Park and Queen Charlotte Sound.

2009 April/May, Thailand & Switzerland Austria Czech Rep Germany

2009 November – Nepal & India

2010 April May – Switzerland France UK Canada

2010 Nov Dec – Turkey & Egypt

2011 May June – Proposed – Morocco, France & Croatia
