Service can come with a smile or a scowl at this tiny local joint, but that's all just part of the charm. It's lost a little since a change in management but you'll still find scores of locals flocking here on their lunch break for the cheap eclectic menu (paella, pizza etc) at pinchpenny prices. Try the signature dessert 'papayou' (cooked payapa sweetened with sugar and ice cream) with a cup of fresh coffee – Flic en Flac's finest.
