    Worthy of the trip - great Italian food in Mauritius

    Luigi's is a suprise packet located in Grand Baie. Step from the street into the secluded environment which boasts a friendly atmosphere. The staff are all friendly (maybe a spin off from being in this part of the world). After a warm day of soaking up the beach and sun, it was great to sample some of the best lasagne and pizza I have ever had. To top it off, they have an amazing talent in making to-die-for fruit drinks and cocktails. As this 'adventure' took place at the end of my stay in Mauritius, it was superb way to finish off. Thoroughly recommend that any visitor to Mauritius make it a priority to head north from Port Louis to Grand Baie and pay a hearty visit to Luigi's.
