Chi Hin Restaurant
In one of the shopping streets east of Jln Tun Mustapha you'll find this simple Chinese place that does a nice sweet and sour pork or a good mee goreng (fried noodles.). The ice lemon tea is pretty good, too.

Murut Tribe Fallen Warriors Memorial
Tenom was closely involved in uprisings against the British in 1915, led by the famous Murut chief Ontoros Antonom. Off the main road is the memorial to the fallen wariors.
