Hi,

I will be travelling through Kuala Lumpur, arriving evening 21st June, have the day on 22nd June to visit and then flying out evening 22nd June.

I was planning on doing a food tour during the day on the 22nd but apparently this is not on due to a Public Holiday on the 22nd which I was not aware of.

Will this Public Holiday mean some things are closed down, does public transport work to a different schedule? Just wondering how it works? Does it change opening hours of places?

I was…

Hello travellers,
after a lot of searching in travel guides and forums, finally we've decided our program. Here is. We'd like to know your suggestions about it in order to improve it.

  1. Singapur – (flight) - Kota Kinabalu
  2. Kota Kinabalu - (flight) - Tawau - Semprona
3 to 5 Semporna archipielago (we don't know if doing day trips from Semprona or a 3days/2 nights in Mabul, the lonely island where is possible to find no exorbitate prices)
4 Semprona – Sungai Kinabangatan (Sukau or any other…

Hi travellers!
This is my first post in these (great!) forum. I would love your thoughts on how to structure our itinerary as we are still doubting. Our main question is if it worth the journey to travel to Borneo when only having two weeks to travel? And what things should we add to our checklist of destinations?

My friend and I will be traveling for only two weeks (25th June till 10th july, both arriving and departing in KL) in Malaysia. We will be going from KL to Cameron highlands, then to…

Hello everyone!|

I will go to Borneo for 1-2 weeks at the end of June/beginning of July. From my research I would really like to go and see the Mulu Caves so this is top priority on my itinerary. I'm quite active and would love to do a tours and treks - don't mind if they are over multiple days and nights.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a tour company to book with or a tour they highly recommend. Other than Mulu I am quite free to do anything and haven't really planned anything else.

Hello, I'm traveling to Malaysia next month for 45 days. In order to get the permission to travel from Egypt, I should get an invitation letter from Malaysia. So does anyone know companies that could provide the invitation letter?
Thanks

We are looking for a 5 day break on Malaysian Peninsular that is within a day (preferably half day) bus trip from Singapore (plus ferry if needed). We are going during the first week in November which we understand is the start of the monsoon season so are thinking that it might be better to stay on the mainland rather than going to Tioman which was out first thought, but are open to ideas. A few years ago we stayed at Tuna Bay resort at the Perhentian and would like a similar experience. We…

We arriving at KLIA2 early in the morning and would like to head down to Malacca. There are 5 in our group and we will all have a bag so we thought hiring a mini van from the airport maybe an option rather than taking the bus and we won't fit into a regular taxi. Does anyone know if you can get mini vans at the taxi voucher stand at KLIA2 and how much a trip to Malacca would be? Or should we look at hiring a driver for the trip ? Thanks in advance.
