    All the top-end hotels have gyms, and there are several chains dotted around the city. Note that most places require you to have an interview with a personal trainer to draw up an exercise regimen - a bit of a hassle if you just want a workout. Ask about short-term membership deals - these can work out far cheaper than the usual admission charge of around RM50.
