Conditions of Entry

1. Prize includes two return economy flights courtesy of bmi and a 13-day Spicy Tagine tour of Morocco for two. The airline and routing are at Encounters Travel’s discretion. Detailed information about the tour itinerary is available at encounterstravel.com/morocco/the_spicy_tagine.html.

2. Prize excludes any additional activities, such as quad biking, horse-riding and camel trekking.

3. Transport to and from the UK airport is the responsibility of the prize winner.

4. The prize must be booked and taken by 31 December 2012. Flights and tour dates are subject to availability.

5. Once the trip is booked and confirmed, any booking amends will be at the cost of the winner.

6. Passengers must ensure that they have a valid passport, correct visas where necessary and travel insurance at the time of travel.

7. Lonely Planet Magazine competitions comply with the BBC Code of Conduct for Competitions, which you can find at bbc.co.uk/competitioncode.

8. You can enter only if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands) and no less than 18 years of age. Employees of the BBC, Immediate Media Company, Encounters Travel and bmi, their families or any agencies or person connected with the promotion may not enter.

9. When you enter the promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and agree that if you win, we will publish your surname and county.

10. You must provide your full name, address and daytime telephone number. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.

11. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited.

12. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and won’t be returned. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the closing date.

13. The prize trip cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

14. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final.

15. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. A list of winners can be obtained by sending an SAE to Lonely Planet Magazine, 2/D1, Media Centre, 201 Wood Lane, London W12 7TQ, within six weeks of the closing date.

16. We reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control.

17. If we can’t contact the winner within one month of the closing date, we will offer the prize to a runner-up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.

18. We exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of a prize.

19. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
