We are doing a camping trip in August to Luxembourg and I would like to know which is the best area to camp? I've been told La Petit Suisse is beautiful with nice hiking trails. We are looking something like that with beautiful scenery, close to a town and hopefully a camping with good accommodation (maybe a pool, good showers, electricity, etc).
No interest in going to Luxembourg City at all, maybe a day trip to Trier in Germany.
I am a 43 yrs-old female solo traveller from Turkey( and am pretty often told i dont look it hehe ).
I am planning to travel to Luxembourg city and surroundings for a couple of days in March (probably mid-march).

Hi, I have a surprise evening and a morning in Luxembourg tomorrow, staying near the airport. What would be the best use of my time? A great/interesting restaurant, a museum or site that may be open late and worth checking out, and a cafe-- recommendations appreciated!
I want to take a day trip from Luxembourg to Trier, Germany. Is this possible by bus or train? I favor the train, but if the train does not go from Luxembourg Station to Trier, then I would of course be open to taking a bus.

Can anyone recommend a bank in Luxembourg City? I'd like to open an account but want to know which bank offers the cheapest services for transfers, credit cards, etc.
I was looking at Banque Internationale a Luxembourg.
Does anyone know when the Christmas Markets start in Luxembourg this year? For some reason I'm drawn to visiting these ones (possibly the cheap flights from Gatwick), but I am off to Patagonia for 3 weeks from 28th Nov.
Will I be able to fit in a couple of days at the markets before I leave for South America?
I'm going to Luxembourg city later this month and staying for 3 nights. As it's small I don't have that much to ask about it however I would like to take a day trip out of Luxembourg to Vianden one day during the stay and I would like to know if you would recommend this and how much it would cost. I'm also curios about eating out and if there are any local specialities I should try and also if some reasonably priced but good restaurants exist in the city. One other thing is what would you…
Hi fellow travelers,
I will be staying in Trier for a few days and so will spend one day in Luxembourg City, one day outside of Lux City, and one day in Trier. Since I will already have a car, for the one weekend day I will spend in Lux City (Saturday or Sunday?), I might as well drive versus taking the train. Could anybody recommend a place to leave the car where you will not have to pay for parking? For example, a train stop or two outside the city?
Thank you very much!
