Lonely Planet review for Brasserie Guillaume

The Old Town's best brasserie. Big and brash, it opens out onto Place Guillaume II and is favoured by the city's upper crust on Saturday mornings when a market takes over the square. It's known for seafood and French cuisine, but caters eclectically - vegetarian and traditional Luxembourg fare also get a look-in. Great spot for a late-night bite, too.

    overpriced

    alexlopezortiz does not recommend this,

    Service was terrible: it took a long time to get a menu, the waiters mixed up our order *several* times, they overcharged us in the bill, forgot about our order for coffee and when it arrived it was wrong and to top it off it took over five minutes to get change after the bill had been paid.

    As if bad service wasn't enough it was outrageously expensive. We paid more for two soups, kids plate and dessert than we did for an entire dinner for two with a bottle of wine at a rated restaurant a few hours later.
