James - expat male host who panders to the needs of neglected Japanese women gives Toby a crash course on how to charm the ladies and squeeze inside the world's smallest hotel.

Mabo and Mr Growhair - an animation promoter who introduces Toby to a cosplay photographer who took an animated character as his virtual wife.
