Visas, Embassies & Border Crossings

Angolan airlines has flights to the neighbouring countries. The airport in Luanda is well organised with computers in the immigration and health checking post. On the immigration form you must also fill in the line asking for the company name. Even if you are a tourist or in transit you must write something otherwise the computer cannot close and take the next passenger.

Another surprise is that there is even red and green channels in the customs area. From the roof are hanging boards in English and Portuguese explaining the customs rules.
You are not obliged to declare your money unless you are carrying more than US$5000 or equivalent. No kwanza, however, are allowed in or out.
