Etoile Suites

This new boutique hotel is the only hotel in the heart of the restored Downtown area. Situated in a wonderful historic building, the suites here are individually styled and decorated, with the emphasis on comfort.

This all-suite hotel has an unbeatable location, in the lower central part of the Downtown area. Rooms offer wonderful views (some have large elegant balconies) and there's a cool rooftop bar. Rooms are enormous by most standards - all have giant bathrooms, living areas and kitchens. Every room is decorated in a different style - some elegant and subtle, and others perhaps too over-the-top for most tastes. We love the balconies overlooking the downtown area and splendid mosques. There's wi-fi, DVD/CD players, plasma screens, and satellite TV (99 channels) throughout. The complimentary mini-bar is expansive and features a range of quality products. There is a very hip rooftop lounge bar with terraces and views over the city and sea that are prime positions during Beirut's warm summer evenings.
