Lonely Planet review for Shooting Range
At the southeast corner of the National Stadium a nondescript door leads into a shooting range, where you can take aim at a paper target with a range of handguns and rifles. Prices start at US$1.20 for five rounds with a 0.22 calibre handgun.

Awesome! Very satisfying. Over quickly. Could be costly.
tomcoppen recommends this,
The shooting range has moved out of the center of town and is really shabby. This however did not detract from the fun. I fired a handgun and an Uzi, something I could never have imagined doing in the UK. The place was empty and I was the only customer which meant I had the staff to myself. It turned out that the Lao national shooting champion worked there. It was good to know it wasn't an amateur operation and I even heard that government train people there. It costs about 30 pounds/45 dollars for about 50 shots. The shots go quick if you use the Uzi however. I strongly recommend this if you have the cash. It was good to use the guns I have seen in movies and in video games. Better than the Cu Chi tunnel equivalent in Vietnam as the guns were not strapped down.
