Single- and multi-day trips involving trekking, rafting and cycling around Luang Prabang. Longer trips to Muang Ngoi or Muang Khua and accommodation homestays. Tiger Trails also has an elephant camp about 15km outside of Luang Prabang on the banks of the Nam Khan, where it offers elephant treks and mahout (elephant trainer) courses. This company places a strong emphasis on conservation and community support. Prices range from US$29 to US$40 per day.

    Kayaking and Cycling Tour to Luang Prabang

    We had a great time in Laos and enjoyed the 2 trip with Tiger Trail. The trek on Friday was very nice...although I think we all could have done a harder trek as even the girls said it was easy, with more climbing to higher mountains, but the guide "Mr Kai" was really very good, excellent English, took time to explain, answer our questions, play with the girls etc... he did a fantastic job! Our highlight was however the mountain biking, kayaking and elephant ride.
