Lonely Planet review for Kisumu Yacht Club

Sitting on the lake's edge, just past the Impala Sanctuary on the Dunga road, is this fine choice with a lovely patio and teak furnishings. The menu ranges from delicately stuffed fish to Indian selections such as chicken biryani, butter chicken and palak paneer. A temporary membership is necessary to indulge.

    Mwende does not recommend this,

    Luckily we were invited by a member, but it is not very usefull to put it here qs a tip, as normal lp usuers will not be alowed in....

    Definitely one of the best places to eat in Kisumu.

    I was really impressed with the food here, the prices were very reasonable, and you have a great view of the lake.
