The beautifully conceived Village Market shopping centre has a selection of entertainment activities to while away an afternoon, including the Nu Metro cinema, a bowling alley, pool hall, water slides, mini golf and a children's playground complete with toy-car rides and a mini-train circuit.

    Crowded Mayhem

    holsmgog does not recommend this,

    This is a hip, trendy place for young rich-kid Nairobites to hang out along with young mothers and dressed up, make-up attired young women who go to spend time socialising while their husbands go to work each day.

    The atmosphere is poor, and the place on any given day, a crowded mayhem. Although the food can be good, the atmosphere ruins the tastes and textures and the constant movement of crowds around you causes you to lose your focus. The chosen red colours for the tables and umbrellas, reflects so intensely that if anyone tells you this is the place to go for a relaxing morning coffee and snack they are definitely seeing the place through rose-tinted spectacles ... or alternatively they are young, hip and male or a bored rich housewife!
