A 'Turkish bath' will ease any aching muscles after walking the trails of Petra. The two places in town generally only have male masseurs. The service includes a steam bath, massage, scrub and 'body conditioning'. It's a good idea to book in advance.

In the passage under the Silk Rd Hotel (enter from the main road), Petra Turkish Bath is closest to the entrance of Petra, although it's not the cleanest place. It's in the process of building a separate women's baths.
