Kir Heres Restaurant information
A popular meeting point for travellers, this restaurant serves ostrich steaks, chicken with local herbs, fried haloumi (salty cheese) and mushrooms with garlic and thyme – a welcome change from the usual grilled goat. Try the locally produced sweet white wine (not available in Ramadan) in the upper gallery at lunchtime and you can forget about visiting the castle afterwards!
