    Great spicy dishes, nice atmosphere.

    We were pleasantly surprised by Shanghai. We tried the spicy/curried lamb, the spicy beans, spicy beef, and chicken dumplings. All almost like our memories from central China, if only the dumplings had been pork instead of chicken ;). We avoided what seemed to be the standard specials (chicken balls, ginger beef, etc). The dumplings were definitely worth it, and the spicy dishes were great if you can stand really spicy food. They have the round turntables on the big tables, which is great for sharing in groups, and a patio (though it was still closed when we were there because of the weather). Some alcohol is served (limited selection). Very good service. The best Chinese place we've found in Amman!
