National Museum of Emerging Science & Innovation (Mirai-kan) information
Miraikan means ‘hall of the future’, and exhibits here present the science and technology that will shape the years to come. Lots of hands-on displays make this a great place for kids. There are several demonstrations, too, including one of the humanoid robot ASIMO. The popular Gaia dome theatre/planetarium has an English audio option; reserve your seats as soon as you arrive.
