    A knife-buying experience

    I came across this very small knife shop today. Just my luck as I was looking for a Yanaghi sushi knife during my trip to Tokyo. I ended up buying one of there home-branded knives -which i've now found out that they have quite a good reputation. Once I decided which knife to buy, the guy spent about 20 minutes finalizing the sharpening of the blade - very nice touch and quite the experience of buying a knife. Check it out for yourself if you're in the neighbourhood.
