Set in a converted public bathhouse, Maisen is rightfully famous for its tonkatsu. In addition to regular pork, other fries include prawns and korokke (croquettes), all served with heaps of shredded cabbage and sweet or spicy sauces. There’s also a takeaway window for picking up tonkatsu bentō.
