You can find tonkatsu throughout Tokyo, but this rustically contemporary shop serves it millefeuille style, with the pork sliced and stacked before breading and frying, which makes it unusually light and juicy. Expect a line out the door at lunchtime. From JR Ebisu Station east exit, bear diagonally to the right, and the restaurant is past the stop light, down the block from FedEx.
